Got stress? Resilience Ride is a drop-in, indoor cycling group with stress reduction skills blended in. Through the integration of movement and mindfulness, groups are designed to help individuals improve mental wellbeing while “on the move”.
Each group features movement similar to what you might see in a gym or studio setting. The difference is, Resilience Ride focuses on physical and mental wellness.
Groups feature low-pressure, rhythm-based cycling intervals, breath cues, body awareness prompts, stress-regulation education, as well as opportunities for reflection and integration.
Groups are 60 minutes total, intentionally ending with 10 minutes of a relaxation exercise. Groups are completely adaptable for ALL fitness levels (especially beginners) and there is zero emphasis placed on body weight, body size or weight loss. Participants leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more connected-not depleted.

Gentle strength + conditioning meets mindfulness. This group flows similar to a mobility style class where we use resistance bands and body weight exercises to move our bodies. Taught in an approachable and trauma-informed way, these groups are great for people looking to move their body in a way that works for them, while practicing stress reduction skills in the process.
Groups are 60 minutes total, and always end with 10 minutes of a relaxation exercise. Just like other groups at Flow Space, Mindful Movement focuses in on moving our bodies in healthy ways while digging into our mindfulness practices. Zero emphasis on body weight, body size, or weight loss. Participants leave feeling steadier, clearer and more connected- not depleted.

Embodied Rest Practice is a gentle somatic class designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and cultivate sustainable self-care practices in a supportive community space. In our fast-paced world, many of us spend much of our time in states of stress, urgency, or disconnection from our bodies. Each 60-minute session blends nervous system education, mindful movement, and quiet reflection. Participants are invited to explore how rest, awareness, and gentle movement can support greater resilience, presence, and well-being in daily life.
This class may be supportive for adults who:
• Feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or constantly “on”
• Want to reconnect with their body in a gentle way
• Are curious about nervous system regulation
• Appreciate quiet, reflective spaces for slowing downFacilitated by Giselle Palacios, MS

Facilitated by Leah Barth, MA
Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, 200-hour levelLeah’s yoga teaching and personal practice is very much informed by her 15 years in clinical psychology. An approach she uses in both modalities is to meet people where they are at, in this present moment, without judgment. She asks folks to use this same approach with themselves when arriving on their mat because yoga demands it.
Over the years Leah has found some of the best ways to become unstuck, change relationship patterns, decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety, are to safely observe and learn how the body and mind are connected, with the breath as mediator.
Leah pulls from Daniel Siegel’s work in IPNB (interpersonal neurobiology), attachment theory, and CBT as well as body anatomy to inform how one’s emotional and cognitive experience may show up in the body. Her hope is to offer an opportunity to shift from inside the mind to inside the body as a way to strengthen the body, improve mobility and find balance, both on and off the mat.
