Our services range from individual counseling, exercise groups aimed at stress reduction, wellness workshops, and support groups for those who want to hone in on specific topics while connecting with others; all Flow Space VT offerings support mental wellness as part of everyday life.
Services are informed by the fields of Behavioral Medicine, Mental Health Counseling, and Health Sciences. We provide lifestyle medicine for the WHOLE person.

We need more options for mental wellness support!
We could ALL benefit from learning to manage stress and feeling well. And we at Flow Space VT believe mental wellness support shouldn’t be limited to medication or formal psychotherapy (nothing against those options- in fact, we offer therapy too!).
